1. Who we are

Superior Experiences Ltd (“Superior”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17006693), registered office Kevin Edward House, 13 Market Place, Guisborough, TS14 6BN. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us about your information at info@superior-experiences.com.

2. The information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, mobile number and postcode.
  • Booking details: what you have booked, dates, guest names, booking references and your ticket account email (for example your AXS email).
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Revolut. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Travel details: for travel bookings, the names, dates of birth and passport details needed by airlines, hotels and our travel partner.
  • Requirements you tell us about: dietary or access needs for you or your guests.
  • Messages: emails, WhatsApp messages and forms you send us.
  • Website use: basic information about how you use our website, collected through cookies (see section 9).

3. How we use your information and why

  • To take and deliver your booking, including sharing details with suppliers. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To run and improve our business, for example answering enquiries, preventing fraud and keeping our records accurate. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To send you news, offers and early access to events, only if you have agreed. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Dietary and access needs may reveal health information. We only use it to try to meet your request, with your explicit consent, which you give when you tell us about it.

4. Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to deliver your booking or run our business:

  • event organisers, venues and ticket providers (for example AXS);
  • hotels, airlines, transfer companies and our travel partner, Because Yolo Global Travel Ltd (ATOL 12829);
  • Revolut, which processes payments;
  • providers that host our website and send our emails, booking confirmations and newsletters;
  • our accountant and bookkeeping software;
  • authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your information.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers store information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved contract terms or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet tax and accounting rules. Passport details are deleted once the travel booking is complete and no longer needed. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for it to be transferred, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@superior-experiences.com. We will reply within one month.

8. Keeping it secure

We use secure, reputable systems for payments, email and bookings, limit access to the people who need it, and never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your booking during checkout, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. Non-essential cookies are only used if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at info@superior-experiences.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on our website.
